• Launch of the first beta simple weekly game (may last more than a 10 days during beta version of the site).

• Manual distribution of rewards to top players using collected fees.

• Community growth around free games and real prizes (with the potential to add sponsored rewards).

Q3 2025

• Launch of upcoming games with weekly rotations.

• Integration of off-chain leaderboard using Supabase.

• Implementation of an automatic reward distribution system.

• Expanded utility for the NFT (early access, more free plays without fees, etc.).

Q4 2025

• Launch of mobile-friendly versions.

• First fully on-chain game with randomness using VRF.

• Community vote on launching an ecosystem token.

Q1 2026

• Start of development for the staking + earn platform.

• Special seasonal events and big prize tournaments.

• Stronger integration with other projects in the Sonic ecosystem.
